On exhibit at the YAMAWA booth are the Z-PRO brand taps, characterized by a unique semi-long shape and the catchphrase “A bit longer is better”.
Newest to the line-up is Z-PRO CAST CH, a straight-fluted tap suitable for machining cast iron, ductile cast irons and aluminum castings at medium to high speeds.
A unique blade shape results in improved chip breaking and ejection while the optimized coolant hole further improves chip ejection capabilities, allowing for continuous stable machining.
