New Product

The highlight of this new product is a replacement jaw set for the Work Driving Center, designed for high-hardness workpieces such as heat-treated materials after hardening.
Conventional Work Driving Center jaws have primarily been used for workpieces prior to heat treatment, providing stable workpiece holding and improved machining efficiency in turning operations between centers.
Our new product enables the Work Driving Center to be used with high-hardness workpieces, such as heat-treated materials after hardening, which could not be handled with conventional jaws. This makes it possible to use the Work Driving Center for hard turning applications as well.
We believe this new product will open up new applications and machining possibilities for the Work Driving Center.
Please visit our booth and see the actual product in operation.

Exhibits

We offer a lineup of eight standard live center models. The NCF-N model is designed to handle high thrust loads, making it ideal for use in conjunction with work-driving centers. The SR model features a built-in disc spring; this spring absorbs workpiece expansion caused by machining heat, thereby preventing distortion and ensuring high finishing accuracy. Key examples of our special products include the floating-tip live center. Designed with a floating flange section that contacts the workpiece, it is primarily used for holding flanged workpieces or those lacking center holes by applying face pressure. Another offering is the 60° tip live center with three-point contact; this model features three carbide tips brazed onto the 60° tip. While hollow or pipe-shaped workpieces are prone to becoming oval-shaped due to deformation after heat treatment, the three-point contact design allows for secure centering of the workpiece. We are also showcasing products currently under development, so please feel free to visit our booth.
