The HSD ES505 represents the core positioning of the ES5 range: high torque and high power for demanding metal-cutting applications. Its compact architecture supports integration where machine space is limited, while liquid cooling helps control temperature rise and thermal drift during continuous operation. Grease or air-oil bearing lubrication can be selected to suit different maintenance strategies and production cycles. Coolant through the shaft supports tool cooling and chip evacuation in deep-cavity and high-thermal-load machining. Optional vibration and thermal elongation sensors improve spindle-condition visibility and help convert unplanned downtime risk into scheduled maintenance.
