There are two ways to enter JIMTOF: Admission with an invitation and admission with the purchase of a ticket.
In both cases, visitors are required to register for admission themselves.

Admission with an Invitation
Admission with the Purchase of a Ticket

Invitation tickets will be distributed through JIMTOF exhibitors. Once you obtain an invitation ticket, please register for admission in advance on the JIMTOF official website. Once you obtain E - invitation ticket, please click the "Register Here" button on the E - invitation page to proceed to the visitor registration. Please print out the Visitor Pass displayed on the screen after registering and then bring it to the venue on the day of the event. You can also register for admission on the day of the event at the venue and be issued a Visitor Pass even if you do not register in advance.

General Admission (Students)

• High school students and older
  You will need to register if you are a high school student or older. Present your student ID card for free admission. You will need to pay the on-site admission fee (JPY 3,000) if you are not able to present your student ID card on the day of the exhibition.
• Junior high school students and younger
  You will not need to register if you are a junior high school student or younger and accompanied by a guardian or group leader. You will not need to pay an admission fee.
• Student groups
  You can register beforehand if you wish to enter the site as a group. However, student groups must have at least 15 members.
  • Registration Procedures
    
    1. Please download the Excel registration format from the "Student group registration" section of the Admission Registration website.
    2. After inputting the visitor data required for registration, please submit the registration form to the JIMTOF 2026 Visitors Registration Office.
    3. Please bring the admission pass you will be sent by the Registration Office and your student ID card with you to the site on the day of the exhibition.
    *One group leader will be eligible for free admission per 15 students.
  • Registration Deadline
    The registration deadline will be October 9 (Fri.).
    You will need to register at the site on the day of the exhibition after the registration deadline.
• Precautions
  Please use your invitation card if you are a student who has been invited to attend by an exhibitor.

Visitors themselves will print out their visitor passes in color on A4 paper in advance and bring them directly to the venue at JIMTOF 2026.

After registering, please print out the visitor pass displayed on the screen or the visitor pass from your "My Page" on the visitor's website and then bring it to the site. There will be holders that you can put your visitor pass into at the site.
