JIMTOF Admission Method and Registration

There are two ways to enter JIMTOF: Admission with an invitation and admission with the purchase of a ticket.

Admission with an Invitation

Invitations to JIMTOF will be distributed from late August through our exhibitors. If you receive an invitation, please register beforehand on the JIMTOF official website. Please print out the admission pass displayed on the screen after registering and bring it with you to the site on the day of the exhibition. You can also register at the site on the day of the exhibition and be issued with your admission pass there.

Admission with the Purchase of a Ticket

You can gain admission to JIMTOF 2016 through the following methods if you don't have an invitation card.

*1: Please refer to the above registration method.
*2: You can use the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX.
*3: You can purchase tickets at the following convenience stores in Japan:
      Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart, Circle K and Sunkus.

General Admission (Students)

• High school students and older
  You will need to register if you are a high school student or older. Present your student ID card for free admission. You will need to pay the on-site admission fee (JPY 3,000) if you are not able to present your student ID card on the day of the exhibition.
• Junior high school students and younger
  You will not need to register if you are a junior high school student or younger and accompanied by a guardian or group leader. You will not need to pay an admission fee.
• Student groups
  You can register beforehand if you wish to enter the site as a group. However, student groups must have at least 15 members.
  • Registration Procedures
    
    1. The person in charge of the student group should please contact the Registration Office. We will send you a registration form.
    2. Please submit this form to the Registration Office after entering the necessary visitor data.
    3. Please bring the admission pass you will be sent by the Registration Office and your student ID card with you to the site on the day of the exhibition.
    *One group leader will be eligible for free admission per 15 students.
  • Registration Deadline
    The registration deadline will be November 1 (Tue).
    You will need to register at the site on the day of the exhibition after the registration deadline.
• Precautions
  Please use your invitation card if you are a student who has been invited to attend by an exhibitor.

Admission Passes

Please print out your admission pass for JIMTOF 2016 in color by yourself and then bring it to the site. After registering, please print out the admission pass displayed on the screen or the admission pass from your "My Page" on the visitor's website and then bring it to the site. There will be cases that you can put your admission pass into at the site.
