Is there a maximum number of exhibitors?There is no plan to set the maximum number of exhibitors.

Is it possible for one company to apply for multiple plans?Please apply for ONE plan for each company. If the number of products is insufficient, you can apply for an additional exhibit information page as an option menu.

Is it possible for co-exhibitors to exhibit?We do not offer co-exhibitors in JIMTOF2020 Online.

How can we apply for Option menu (Chat function, Questionnaire, Exhibitor workshops)?Applications start from September 15 (Tue), 2020 on the application confirmation site announced after the application for the exhibition is completed.
You can apply for additional products at the time of application for the exhibition, besides you can add them by November 6 (Fri) on the application confirmation site.

We want to modify the application content.①After applying for the exhibition, the secretariat confirms the details of the application and sends you an email about application acceptance.
In that e-mail, we provide information of the application confirmation site, where the exhibitor can modify the content by themselves.
②After the application for the exhibition done, if the content of the application shall be modified prior to receiving the e-mail of the application acceptance from the secretariat, please notify JIMTOF2020 Online Management Secretariat.

What is "exhibit category"?We set nine exhibit categories as the exhibition area on the top page of JIMTOF2020 Online. Clicking there, move to each exhibit category page. On the exhibit category page, a list of exhibitors according to the exhibit category can be viewed.

What is the difference of exhibition fees between basic plan and standard plan?The number of displayed products and whether visitor information is provided or not differ.

When is the deadline for adding the number of products?You can add it by November 6 (Fri), 2020. After applying for the exhibition, additing products can be applied on the application confirmation site.

Is there a maximum number of products?You can add up to 30 products.

Is it possible to add products ONLY during the archive period?Please complete the application for additional products by the deadline. That enables uploading additional products during the archive period.

What should we fill in Highlight?Please freely input any information that you want to promote. (e.g., corporate PR information, PR information about the exhibition details). This section can also guide visitors to exhibitors' own websites.

Is it possible to post videos such as product PR, demo, presentation and etc.?One video per product can be posted on the exhibit information page. By subscribing for an exhibitor workshop (announced later) as an option menu, presentation videos can be distributed.

What is "Visitor Information Provision (Exchange Business Card)" ?On this online exhibition, we have adopted a system in which exhibitor information is provided to visitors when the exhibitor obtains visitor information. When the visitor clicks the Exchange Business Card button, the visitor information and exhibitor information are displayed on the screen, and asking whether exchanging the information is acceptable or not. When the visitor agree, information is provided to each other.
In the Standard Plan, the link to the exhibit information page in the exhibitor page can be viewed by only visitors who have exchanged their information. -
We do not want to set conditions for exchanging business cards when viewing exhibit information pages (freely viewable)It is set as a precondition for obtaining visitors information. In order to set the exhibit information pages viewable freely, please apply for a basic plan that does not have a business card exchange function.

What are the items of provided visitor information?Visitor information based on registreation is provided. Planed items are below: Name, department, job title, address, telephone number, E-mail address, business category (manufacturer/ trading company/ government offices/ student), and the date and time of business card exchange.

Can we see the number of visitors of the exhibitor page?It is scheduled to be provided by the secretariat after the close of the fair.
(Chat Function)

What is Chat Function?You can have a one-on-one, real-time text chat with your visitors. Visitors can speak to the exhibitors through Chat Function by opening the chat screen from the Exhibitor Booth Page.
Business chat tool "Slack" can be used to manage chats for exhibitors. Slack account will be sent by email at a later date.

Can I send text only?Not only text, but also images and stamps can be sent.

Is there a limit to the number of people who exhibitors and visitors can chat with?Exhibitors: the person in charge can add up to 1000 members (colleagues).
Visitors: There is no upper limit for visitors. -
During core time, should we need to be stationed when subscribing for chat?For the exhibitors, we hope you have communications with visitors during this time period. If it is difficult to respond, turn off the Chat Function on the Slack administrator site to eliminate the chat button display on the Exhibitor Booth Page.

How would we deal with overseas visitors?The chat screen is not displayed on the English page. You can also display the supported languages.

Is it possible to obtain visitors information who made inquiries via chat?All visitors are displayed not their real name but the name "Smallchat" initially. By registering information such as names on the visitor side in Slack, it will also be displayed on the exhibitor side.
Please note that visitor registration information cannot be obtained from visitors who use the chat function.

Is there any upper limits on the number of forms?It will be one questionnaire form for each exhibitor booth page. There is no upper limit for questionnaire question items.

What is the answer format?It can be selected radio buttons (single selection), check boxes (multiple selection), and free words.

How to view the questionnaire results?Exhibitors must register one e-mail address for notifications. Every time a visitor answered, it is notified to the registered email address.
The aggregated data (CSV) of the questionnaire results will be provided by Management Secretariat after the close of JIMTOF2020 Online.

(Exhibitor Workshop)

What is Exhibitor Workshop?Exhibitors can post a seminar and workshop video which is prepared by the exhibitor themselves on the Exhibitor Booth Page and can be played back. Video data is needed to be uploaded to YouTube, and live streaming or prerecorded video is possible for Exhibitor Workshop.

Is it possible to broadcast two or more videos?Broadcasting two or more videos at the same time is impossible. Exhibitors can broadcast only one video. However, replacing videos by changing existing URLs which have already uploaded to YouTube to the other viewing URLs you want to broadcast via Exhibitor My Page is possible.

Is it possible to keep streaming the same video for the duration of the Exhibitor Workshop?When the video finishes playing, the workshop distribution screen will not be displayed. To re-distribute the video, you must re-upload the same URL on the exhibitor's website.

How to distribute video?The video data will be uploaded to YouTube and submit that viewing URL.

Is live streaming available?It is available. It will be played in a pop-up window on the exhibitor booth page.
Interaction via chats on YouTube pages is possible only for live streaming. -
How to display for visitors?Thumbnails are displayed on the main visual on the Exhibitor Booth Page. Clicking the thumbnail, the video is pop-up displayed.
On the Category Page, the other exhibitors who exhibit the same area and are participated in Exhibitor Workshop are randomly displayed. -
What is the file format of the video?.MOV/.MPEG4/.MP4/.AVI/.WMV, etc.

Can we customize the exhibitor booth page?The page layout is fixed by the secretariat. You cannot customize.

When is the deadline of uploading materials?It is possible to upload the content on the exhibitor booth page by December 11, 2020 because these information can be changed even during the archive period. Towards the first day of the fair, November 16 2020, please finalize the exhibitor booth page by November 15.

Is there any promotional activities conducted by organizers?We plan to advertise in newspapers as well as Web-based advertising that directly reaches potential visitors. We will also distribute e-mail newsletter to visitors who joined the past fairs, utilize SNS, and request cooperation from related organizations to attract visitors.
