Any and all bank fees and charges that may arise with respect to their payment (such as remittance charges, etc.) Shall be borne by Exhibitor.


None of the fees and charges that may arise with respect to their payment is required to be borne by the Exhibitor. However, the Exhibitor will be required to pay JPY 10,000 per payment to the Organizers to cover the bank fee and charges incurred.
